Meeting intention:

plans for 2024 race season proposals. Schedule,etc...voting in January

Reviewed last Feb minutes—nothing significant.

 Pending  charge -- $220.00   $5 per flier paid to Paul Benson to post race data

Communications:

issues with hmc pigeon pickup location—Novi--combine issue

issues with basketing in combine

Multiple plaques etc... have issues that need to be corrected.

Issues in trophy pricing to be adressed by new..secretary replacement confer with Gary

 did not happen 3 pervious years,  potential cost savings of $500 --lost

Basketing Location.... Jim says we can use his facility..would have rather not.

 smc—want pickup..near jackson, meeting, A race first, charge fee for money race.

  Change 5 to 10 bird, results in days,combine old/young.  Strict pickup time.

  All money race crates zip tied.

 Kal – over 40 $1 per bird.  Election of officers for combine,  5 to 20 bird.  

  1 contact to vote on issues,  release 1/2 hour appart

 Lan---set time for combine pickup,main race first except sunrise, no bird limit on a race

  request combine meeting.

 APF—combine meeting, Officers, why FM geets percentage,  Can charge for special race

 GR—meeting combine,  race schedule to big of jumps.

--Jim S –no combine meetings—clubs to send input to president

--T jackson says combine pickup at perry,HMc—weberville, rest-marshall

--recieved 3 new member applications for voting
